Organization: Spring Grove Area Scholarship Fund (SGASF)

SGASF is seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to
support our mission of providing scholarships to seniors in the Spring Grove Area
School District. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and
passionate about making a positive impact in education and the Spring Grove
community.

Key Responsibilities:
● Confidentially maintain and organize scholarship applications and records
● Assist with email correspondence and applicant communication
● Schedule meetings and support event coordination
● Perform data entry and help track scholarship funds and recipients
● Provide general administrative support to the team
 

Qualifications:
● High school diploma required
● Previous administrative or office experience preferred
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
● History of successful volunteer work involving organization and record keeping
 

Schedule & Compensation:
● Part-time (flexible hours with required attendance at one monthly SGASF Board
meeting on the evening of the third Tuesday of the month)​

● Annual Salary: $4876 paid in quarterly installments inclusive of $50 per quarter
for clerical supplies. Quarterly Installment Payments: September, December,
March, and June. Prorated based on start date.
